She is a licensed kindergarten teacher and a registered GEMS instructor. An experienced teacher as well as chef, she is aiming to expand the organic menu at the cafe and better integrate the farm programs with the cafe kitchen.<br /><br />Mariko is a professional educator and translator (English/Japanese/Urdu) . She joins the team to help with development of original education programs and administrative support.
